Specialties and Services

Teens & Adolescents

Teens often struggle with identity development, relationships, academic stress, and emotional well-being. My goal is to empower adolescents to build resilience and develop concrete, effective coping mechanisms.

Women’s Issues

I take a client-centered approach to women's mental health, including trauma, attachment issues, relationships and family dynamics. I place emphasis on building core self-worth as well as learning skills that tackle the challenges of everyday life.

We’ll work on a truly individualized treatment plan for depression and anxiety (or a combination of both), rooted in your goals and an understanding of where these feelings come from. We’ll also work on learning practical tools to manage these symptoms so that you can get back to enjoying life to its fullest.
