Specialties and Services
Teens & Adolescents
Teens often struggle with identity development, relationships, academic stress, and emotional well-being. My goal is to empower adolescents to build resilience and develop concrete, effective coping mechanisms.
Trauma
If you have experienced trauma that is manifesting in unhealthy and unpleasant ways, I am here to help you on your healing journey. Through a combination of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, my goal is to help you move forward so that you can live a life rooted in the now and not in your past.
We’ll work on a truly individualized treatment plan for depression and anxiety (or a combination of both), rooted in your goals and an understanding of where these feelings come from. We’ll also work on learning practical tools to manage these symptoms so that you can get back to enjoying life to its fullest.
Depression & Anxiety
Couples
With a better understanding of yourselves as a couple and as individuals, along with tangible tools to use in the moment, my goal is to help your relationship become stronger and more connected than ever. We’ll deep dive into your relationship to resolve major issues, get better at communication, and increase feelings of connection to each other.
I view the family as a system, where all parts are connected and impact each other. Together, we will identify patterns, issues and goals, and explore how everyone contributes to the problem as well as the the solution. With mindfulness and hands-on tools to use in the moment, I can help you achieve more peace and compassion within your family.
